Chorlton Good Neighbours Care Group is looking to appoint a part-time Activities and Visiting Assistant on 15 hours per week, probably 3 days a week, to be negotiated. The post holder must be a car owner/driver. £10,140 per annum
We are seeking a flexible, committed, and enthusiastic person who has experience of working with older people and volunteers, to join our team of workers and volunteers to support the excellent work of this well-established Neighbourhood Care Group.
The Activities and Visiting Assistant will:
- Be responsible for organising and attending 11 monthly Sunday teas, and 7-8 coach trips per year for older members.
- Carry our regular home visits and odd jobs for older people,
- Carry out administration duties related to the post, attend training, and support local volunteers to contribute.
£ 10,140 per annum
