Nigerian Community in Greater Manchester

🇳🇬🇳🇬🇳🇬Greetings to the esteemed members of the Nigerian Community in Greater Manchester,
Today, we come together to commemorate a momentous occasion—the start of a blessed new month and the 63rd anniversary of Nigeria’s independence. As we observe this historic day, it is essential for us to contemplate our shared heritage and aspirations. By uniting our efforts, we can forge a path towards a future characterized by unity, prosperity, and peace.
May the month of October bring you tranquility, happiness, achievements, advancement, and a revived sense of love for our nation.
Furthermore, during this time of celebration, let us not forget our fellow Nigerians residing both at home and abroad, who confront diverse challenges. It is our duty to support and uplift one another, embracing the essence of “Ubuntu”—the understanding that “I am because we are.”
Also, kindly Join us in showing your support for the upcoming event organized by NCGM, the Nigeria Independence Day Celebration. The event will take place on October 7th, 2023, starting from 12 noon and concluding at 7 pm.
The venue is the Nigeria Community House located at 23 Platt Lane, Manchester, with the postcode M14 5NE. We kindly request attendees to dress in their traditional attire. Thank you! 👍🏿
