Back in the late 80’s got involved in the sound system and radio broadcasting culture.
Music was a big part of growing up going out dancing and listening to music in the clubs and on mainstream radio stations.
Eventually, I started up with some friends and built a sound system learning my trade as a selector.
Music genres varied playing, Reggae, RnB/Soul, Soca all depending on the occasion.
I also gained radio experience on various stations within the Manchester community.
My Diamond Saturday morning radio show is a free flow mix of different genres. Just to name a few, Reggae, Gospel, Soul & more
